Our team receives critical fuel handling training from our fuel supplier, AirBP, our ground service equipment suppliers, and other outside safety and loss control services. As part of the Million Air family we participate in and support the NATA Safety 1st training and endorsement program. We scrupulously monitor all of the areas around the ramp and in our service facilities to ensure there are no unaccompanied visitors who can come in contact with aircraft.

Million Air has developed our own study programs that focus on ramp/facility security and service procedures by make, model and variation of aircraft. We also do our own training programs for customer service, forklift and other special equipment. Our pay and promotion program is directly related to an individual's training, certification and consistency of performance record.
An extra measure of security is in place with our complete video surveillance of the ramp and parking lots.
